Mr. Wang was born in 1938 in Anhui province. He and his wife Ms. Su FaJau have established 6 foundations across the globe. In 2004, he launched the charity project “Hope for Pearl”. He has received many awards & honors, e.g. Eisenhower Award, 10th Compassion Award by Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwanese Charity Fund.
Deputy Secretary General of XHEF and Director of Youth Development Research Center. In 2006, she graduated from Nanjing Agricultural University with a master’s degree. In 2007, she was inspired by Mr. Wang and become the 1st full-time staff from mainland China in XHEF. In the past 15 years, she has traveled all over China to help pearl students and led her team to develop the “Empowering the Future: Holistic Education” Project.
Executive Chairman of XHEF, founder of Minth Group, he co-founded XHEF with Mr. Wang Chien-Shien in 2007 and was one of the three founding directors. In 2015, he was nominated as the executive chairman and built Pearls’ Home. He has been awarded honorary citizens of Jiaxing, Ningbo and Huai’an City.
Graduated from Zhejiang University and joined Xinhua Education Foundation full-time in 2016. He received an MBA from IMD Business School in Switzerland in 2008 and an EMBA from Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business in 2020. Currently, he is the secretary general of Xinhua Education Foundation, dedicated to helping more people find their inner pearls through the platform of education public welfare.
